A Training Matrix is a way of managing your teams' qualifications and, in some cases, skill sets.

It allows for a clear overview showing the status of each qualification, allowing for forward planning of training as well as allocation of budgets.

Within the Stallard Kane Training Department, we appreciate that sometimes the management of training needs can take a back seat due to everyday time constraints. As such, we offer a service whereby we will manage this process for you.

Once we have received either a copy of your current matrix or your list of employees with their qualifications, we will create your Training Matrix, which we will manage on a year-by-year basis.

We will set out what training is due for renewal for the year and then provide monthly updates with course venues and dates from within our network. We will always work three months ahead, allowing enough time for planning training around workloads. Where specialist training is needed, which we might not be able to deliver, we will inform you in advance, allowing you enough time to source a suitable training provider.
